Rant Of The Day

Hey all! It is now time for my daily (maybe) rant! Today's topic will be: people who hate Harry Potter, and also the ones who are rude about me liking it.

Just so you all know, Harry Potter is pretty darn fantastic! J. K. Rowling is kind of an actual genius! So don't hate, you lame people who don't like Harry Potter.

Now on to more pressing matters: school lunches. Not only are they completely gross, they are WAY too crowded. Seriously, in my lunch, they don't even have enough seats for everyone. People have to share seats. I'm pretty sure that this is one of the things that people should plan for before school starts.

Anyways, I am so ready for this week to be over! Only one hour and eight minutes until I'm free! Wait, correction: only one hour and eight minutes until I am at soccer for two hours. But, after that I am free for two blissful days before I'm stuck coming back to the inhumane torture of having to wake up at six in the morning and doing homework.

If mud is dirt plus water, what is clay?

Well, if mud is dirt plus water, what IS clay? This is a question I recently (about five minutes ago) found. According to the dictionary, clay is a stiff, sticky, fine-grained earth, typically yellow, red, or blueish-grey in color and often forming an impermeable layer in the soil. It can be molded when wet, and is dried and baked to make bricks, pottery, and ceramics. Oh, and it is also a noun, in case you were wondering or didn't know.

To me, clay is just a stickier, more fun version of mud. Can you build sculptures with mud? Well yes, but that's not the point. Clay is a better version of mud.

Hey Everyone!

Yo! Welcome to my blog. My name's Kristen Anderson, also known as Crustin to my sometimes obnoxious friends. This is my first-ever blog, as you can probably tell, but hopefully I'll be able to think of something interesting to write about soon. Otherwise, this blog will probably just be me rambling on about random things that annoy me. For example, textbooks. It's only my third day of school, and I already have 5 textbooks! it seems a bit unfair to me. I'm really hoping I don't get anymore textbooks this year, because if I do I might end up screaming.
